How do I order?
You can browse our website and see all our products here. You can pay by all major debit and credit cards or use Apple Pay or ShopPay.
When will my order be shipped?
During busier periods orders can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched. If your order contains a chocolate personalised item, this can take up to 5 working days to dispatch from the day after ordering. Working days are Monday- Friday only.
If you ordered on a Monday it will be dispatched by the following Monday etc. Friday & weekend orders will be dispatched by the following Friday.
How much does delivery cost?
All our chocolate products are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services.
2nd class Royal Mail 48 delivery is £3.99 and can take 2-4 days to arrive and 1st class Royal Mail 24 is £4.99 and can take 1-3 days to arrive. Orders over £50 we ship for free!
All chocolates are made to order and we are currently working to an up to 5 working day turnaround.
My order hasn't arrived within the day/ times stated
2nd class/ Tracked 48, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 working days but this can take up to 5 days to arrive. Once your order has left us, we have to wait 14 working days before we can contact Royal Mail to mark the parcel as lost or delayed.
1st class/ Tracked 24, Royal Mail aim to deliver the following working day but this can take up to 3 days to arrive. Once your order has left us, we have to wait 14 working days before we can contact Royal Mail to mark the parcel as lost or delayed.
All orders with tracked shipping selected are fully tracked and you can view this online with your tracking number. If you’re not going to be in, please make sure to update tracking with a safe place or to leave with a neighbour. You’ll receive a text when your order is on the way.
Do you accept refunds/ returns?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the products and especially the personalised items, we will not be able to refund orders.
Do you ship worldwide?
DUE TO A CYBER INCIDENT WITH ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL WE HAVE SUSPENDED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR THE TIME BEING!!
My order got returned back to sender, what happens now?
Unfortunately you will have to repay the shipping cost as I will have to repost your order. Please ensure your address is correct and if you are not going to be in, make sure to update your tracking with a safe place or leave with your neighbour.
I placed an order but haven't got a confirmation email, did it go through?
Sometimes emails automatically go into your email junk/spam folder so please check there. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please pop us an email with the name on the order and we’ll check on our end and resend. A lot of the time email addresses entered have been misspelt so let us know the correct email address and we will resend the order confirmation.
Can I collect my order?
You can collect from my unit. Please send me a message and I'll send you a code to use at checkout which will remove the shipping cost.

Do you cater to allergies & intolerances?
Sadly we cannot cater to allergies & intolerances due to working in a small kitchen where all allergens are present.
What happens if the weather is too hot?
If the weather is ridiculously hot, we will hold off posting until it cools down. We wouldn't want your chocolates arriving melted.
If you still want us to ship your order, we cannot be held responsible for melted chocolate.
What hygiene measures do you take?
We hold a 5* food hygiene rating with my local council which you can find here, we are fully registered and insured.
