Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we CANNOT accept RETURNS or REFUNDS. 

Cancellations can be made only within 4 hours of you placing your order!
Please email hello@cocoaandpaper.co.uk with your order number and why you would like to cancel. 

All orders are packaged to the highest of standards with plenty of bubble wrap and packaging peanuts and nothing ever leaves us broken. However this does mean that there is a small chance of breakage in transit which is at fault of the courier. Even if they are slightly damaged, please remember they are still edible. We cannot be held responsible for any damages.
