Ordering
How do I order?
Browse the shop, choose what you'd like and add it to your basket. You can pay securely at checkout using the available payment methods.
When will my order be sent?
Ready to Go orders are usually packed within 1 to 2 working days. Personalised & Made to Order items can take up to 7 working days to make before dispatch.
We dispatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Personalised orders
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
Please double check all names, messages, photos and other personalisation before placing your order. If you've spotted a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't started making your order yet, we'll see what we can do.
Delivery & collection
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay, so you'll always be able to see the available options and price before completing your order.
My parcel hasn't arrived. What do I do?
If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, please get in touch with your order number and we'll help you look into it.
Chocolate & allergens
Do you cater for allergies or intolerances?
Our chocolates are not suitable for anyone with allergies or intolerances as allergens are handled in our kitchen. Please check the product information carefully before ordering.
What happens in hot weather?
Chocolate and hot weather aren't the best of friends. During particularly warm weather we may adjust when orders are dispatched to give your chocolate the best chance of arriving safely.
